The Problem
Recently we were given the fantastic opportunity to work with Katies Readers to help ensure that their website is GDPR compliant.
After reading Katies story, it really touched home with us being parents to a little girl too, so I offered this service as a donation towards the charity.

The Solution
We quickly assessed the website and found that there were a number of changes that need to be implemented in order to comply with GDPR.
The changes we needed to make are listed below;
1. An opt-in checkbox on form submissions.
2. Create a form to allow people to request their data or delete their data
3. Install a cookie popup confirmation
4. Incorporate a privacy policy and link it to the website.
GDPR is a legal requirement that needs to be met for all websites that will store data from EU counties.
